Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels delivers a hot lunch Monday through Friday to elderly or disabled residents living in our community. MOW utilizes volunteer teams from local congregations for delivering meals. Recipients must complete an application. They are screened for eligibility and sometimes visited at their homes to verify information. Participation is based on need rather than income. Client statements are sent for services, but the return on these statements declines steadily.
