Incremental Housing Assistance Program

Incremental Housing Assistance Program links financial help with education. It is designed to provide at-risk families opportunities to maintain housing and improve their quality of life. Trained volunteers help clients complete an application. Eligible participants enter into a contract to receive rent or mortgage payments of $200, $150, $100, and $50 over a 4 month period. They are required to attend one job or home management skills class each month.
