Adul Basic Literacy  /  English as a Second Language

 In the ETLC basic literacy program, low literacy clients (age 17 and above, ranging from those who need help learning to read to those who seeking their GED but have low literacy skills in reading, math, writing) are assessed, and individualized learning plans are developed.  Instruction is given by trained volunteer tutors, staff, and through our computer learning center.
